yes ageorgia company is harrasing me they called meup yesterday said i had a payday loan out back in 2008 which i didnt they have all the information on me except the right bank numbers they said i had 72 hours to send money i called my stat attornys and file a compaint my question is can they still take me to court if i dont send the money in 72 hours iam retired and only get a check once a month dont have something i didnt do thank you sandra rupert

I want to get a post paid phone with AT&T .... my scores are middling (640-660) so i expect i might get some deposit. My concern is that I had an old account with Cingular, who merged with AT&T. That account was charged off. That account is old though, at least 9 years old. It was settled too, but how will that affect my deposit?

I am in a situation, I took out too many loans; i had all intent on keeping up with the loans, but cannot, due to pressing bills like mortg, car, food, etc. I got loans from DollarFlash, ABC Payday Loans (.com), CK Marketing, CashNet USA, Credit Protection Depot (collector) all online, and Advance America, First Cash Advance, Check into Cash, and EZ Money Services as store front locations.

I lived in a Texas house that had mold problems and caused health problems for my family. We walked away from it due to health concerns but we did try to do a deed in lieu of return of the house. The mortgage co. said it had to be at least 50k to be considered for this program. One and a half years later I rx'd a letter from a debt collector for 34k. The original mortgage was about 33k. The only income we rx is from Veterns and Social security disability. What is our next course of action. I was told the debt collectors cannot garnish disability income. Would the debt coll.

They have been calling everyone in our family and are very secretive about the nature of their call. What give them the right to harrass family members when trying to collect a debt?

So, I now getting called from Ross Klein about a loan from Cash Express Direct. All the woman would tell me was a case number. I told her she would have to send me something in writing. I have already send cease and desist letters to Cash Express, but now this must be a collection agency. Has anyone heard of them? This loan was never legal in PA and I told Cash Express that in my letters. Please help.

I need major help. I have managed to get myself into payday loan debt and can't get out. I currently have 6 loans with the following companies: Great Skies Cash PayDayMax CashNet USA Sonic Cash 247 GreenStreet.com AdvanceMeToday.com Each of these had a payment due on 10/5/10 and I was unable to pay them as I had no money in the account. The bank declined each payment and is closing my account, my problem is they will not stop calling me at work and sending threatening emails that they intend to garnish my wages. What do I need to do to get this mess in order? Can the garnish my wages?

If I attempt debt settlement for a $5,000 credit card debt, will it adversely affect my credit score? We might have to sell our house and I don't want to do anything that will come back to be to my detrement later. Thanks.
