I live in NC can I really be sued for not paying back

I also have gotten calls from these people...aren't they the same as Lombardo, Davis and Goldman? Does anyone have an address for Lombardo sutherland and meyers? I sent a C&D and DV letter to the goldman address, but now getting calls from the meyers side. Give me a break. Any help would do, Thanks SKR

I have 2 bank of america accounts, Creditors interchange have been hounding me for the past 8 months, one card went back to FIA and the other they still have. I would like to pay what I could afford. But they wanted a lump sum settlement. What should I do to start paying it again. Who should I contact?

I am in a situation with payday loans, and need some help, and this forum seems to be helpful as i have been reading it. I have several payday loans, and been getting lots of calls because i had to stop paying in order to pay bills like mortg, car, food, etc. I have loans withe following online people, DollarFlash, CK Marketing, Credit Protection Depot, abcPaydayloans.com, and with store fronts Advance America, First Cash Advance, Check into Cash, and EZ Money Loan Services. I know that it was bad to have all these loans, but i had to in order to pay off other situations.

I have 3 payday loans out right now. My first payment on one is due 2morrow (10/8). I really cant afford it. any1 have any advise on how i can make small monthly payments and get them off my back? The companies are ACE(2 loans) and THe Cash Store(1 loan). I really appreciate the help

Asset Acceptance has been trying to collect a false debt from me. I never owned the debt - I figure they're actually looking for someone with a similar name to mine. They have my real name, address and phone number, but have the last four digits of a social security number that isn't mine. Can they look into any of my credit reports without my correct ssn, just by giving my name and address? I've already checked my Experian about a month ago and there was no sign of them; I can't look into the other two until a year has passed, without incurring a fee.
