Okay so here is the whole horrible story... I have 7 PDL's all online loans...wow how did it get this bad??

I am havign my wages garnished for a defaulted student loan. I dont know the 1st step to try show why I dont need this garnishment. i am barley making enough to pay my bills.can you help.

is starting to rear it's ugly head now with these banks. They have SUSPENDED HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS foreclosure proceedings because of widespread fraud. People who are delinquent with their mortgages will get to stay in their homes, scott free, for months and possibly years until they straighten the mess out. I think it's a VERY good time for us right now who's settling our credit cards. I got my goals set on 10-15 percent now! Although I'll be happy with 20-25! Happy settling!

My wife and I have about $40K in credit card debt. We recently short sold our house so we no longer have the big house payment. We get by fine but have a minimum payment of $1000 a month on 3 or 4 credit cards. We make around $100K per year combined and would like to be saving money for retirement and our children's college funds. We are 30 yrs old. Is it best to declare bankruptcy or another route? How do you settle with cc companies if you don't have the money to pay them off in one lump sum? Thanks for the help.

i opened a mysmartcash acct with fidelity. i linked paypal to it and the routing number shows up as UMB...is that what i put on a direct deposit form? Does UMB use Chexsystems?

Hello, I have gone on your website before and pulled some very vital information, but for some odd reason I cannot find what I am looking for right now. I have two past due payday loans. One is through payday loan yes for 200. I have already paid them 60. They say i owe around 430 to settle the account paid in full. tried to set up a small payment plan(lost job/yaddah,yaddah) but they refused saying that wasn`t enough. Now they have First National calling me at my job and at home constantly, threatening to take me to court. The other loan I have is through US Fast Cash and that is for 200.

So allied interstate call me about 10 times a day and NEVER answers when i say hello i didn't know who it even was until I finally called them back today i don't owe any money out why do they keep calling and hanging up as soon as i answer??

can i get a loan for $800 and make payments of $50 a month on it?
