Hi all, i made payment arrangements with zwicker and asso regarding discover card. bal is down to 400 and change. my issue with them now is the payment arrangements, we had agreeed to 122.50 it was supposed to come out on thurs. and did not so icalled to see what the problem was. so then we change it to 61.45 weekly and the woman i spoke to was to cancel the payment for 122.50 and deduct 61.45 instead all thru the w/e money was never dedected so this morning i went to check my account now i have a 10.00 charge for insuff.

Has anyone ever heard of Alternative Revenue System? They are listed on my TransUnion credit report as a collection agency. I tried to look them up on the internet and there is nothing on them? How can they report to the credit bureau and yet have no record? Any suggestions? Thank-you

I have a few payday loans. One online All Credit Lenders/American Cash Loans. Loan amount: 400.00 have paid 450.73 already and still have 20 payments @ 64.39 coming out of my checking. Opened this loan 6/14/10. I also have a PLS Store Loan (actual in town store) for 945.00. First payment was 445.00 and the rest are 294.00. I have paid the first payment but will be unable to make anymore. I live in wisconsin and was just wondering what I can do about these. I have a payment due 10/8/10 and can not do it as will lose my car and house if keep up with the payments as high as they are.

I have payday loans through storefront lenders in Iowa. Has anyone had any luck getting Mister Money, EZ Money, Fast Cash and Advance America to accept payment plans. These are legal loans in the state of IA and they are part of the CFSA. They should be able to offer the extended pmt plan but when I spoke with the IA Division of Banking they stated that the lenders in IA do not have to honor the EPP because of state regulations.

Hi, My husband co-signed for a car loan ( i know how dumb this was) for one of his ex-employees and he found out recently that the ex-employee was late 3 times and this effected my husbands credit scores and now he can't get a bond for his company b/c of the lower fico scores. I don't think my husband name is on the registration or the title of the car. My husband wants to sell the car but the owner is rejecting and saying that he wants 2K then he can give the car.

Recently, I saw Midland Credit Management listed on my credit report. I have sent a debt validation letter to them on 24th August 2010. They have sent me a settlement offer on 16th September. They are offering to lower the payoff amount by 8%. As they have not validated the debt, what should I do? Should I accept the settlement offer?
