been reading these forums for a while now and can't even express how much they have helped me get rid of some payday loans and how much courage this site have given me so now I am on to dealing with my next payday loan - I got rid of 2 so far from the help and guidence from here. I need any information on Star Cash Processing and how to handle them, they deposited $300 about 2 months ago, so I have paid a little over the original loan amount. just not sure how to go about handeling them - they seem a little tougher then at others I have dealt with so far.

I live in south carolina i was approved for a loan of $350 from ace cash services on thursday and they told me the money would be in my account that night at 12:01 but it wasnt so i called them on yesterday which was friday and they lady said everything was fine and the money would be in my account on last night at 12:01 but when i checked it wasnt, as of now the money is still not in my account so i wanted to know if anyone knew how long it takes for them to deposit the money?

account due to pdls. What to do cause i now owe more than $ 1,300. plus the credit card debt which is $ 6,000. Can i fight them cause they will not work with me. I have written to them online and they won't give me any help. Should i just go to one of their branches here in florida and talk to the bank manager and tell them my problem

Hi all! I am in need of some serious advice. I have a debt originally with American Express that has been passed along for a year or so now. It has ended up with a law office here in my state. They recently had me served (via a police officer). After being served I called them to make arrangements. They sent me an agreement which included exactly what we agreed to (paying x amount every month by a certain date). I happily signed the agreement and sent it back with my first months payment. That was two weeks ago.

divorcing. truck repoed having hard time w/ rv payment. dont want to loose it or file bk, also have a little other debt.

they filed suit last week, i am in new jersey can i settle with the attohrney before trial , would like a monthly payment plan. it charged off in march after i made less than minimum payments up til febuary 2010..
