Reading Indiana's law with PDL's... All of these companies aren't licensed nor did they follow protocol (abiding to Indiana's Law).... After paying months and months to these companies and finally reading and understanding that they basically financially "raped" you... my question is.... Has anyone had success dealing with Mycashnow, 500Fastcash, Ameriloan, StarCashProcessing, VIPLoanShop and Cash Jar when dealing with 'shutting them down'?

After paying my Bank of America credit card bill in total, I found out that another payment of an exact amount in dollars and cents (an odd amount but which was the amount for Bank of America) was taken out electronically by FIA Card Services from my checking account at Chase. Bank of America denied receiving two payments for that amount, only the one I mailed in. A few days later, I received a letter from Chase saying the debit from FIA was removed.

I just got notified that i am being sued by North Star capital Acquisition,llc Spoke with a rep for the office of, David Apothaker thier Attorney. She made me an offer and i am thinking about it. What should i ask for prior to siging any papers,or even if the dbt is valid. It's for a credit card, i did have it, but thought it was discharged. Help Please!

Dear Forum, I received a call today from 716-684-9616 on my cell phone from an Agent Smith (a little Matrix anyone?), from the Legal Dept of National Credit Works. He left a message there and then called me at work, where I unfortunately answered the phone. He indicated that I had an outstanding balance from CashNet USA and that they were in the process of doing a background check on me, checking for assessts, and possibly suing me to do a wage garnishment.
