Here is another India scam. I want to report them to the FBI and FTC amd AG. Does anyone have an address I have several phone numbers and call them but cannot get an address

I am in Pa and all payday loans are illegal in pa. I spoke with the department of banking and i was told that there are no legal payday loans in pa storefront or online. I was told close my bank account and contact the payday loan companies and explain that the loans are illegal inpa. I was told that if there are any listed on my credit to dispute them as the loan was illegal and they can not legally collect on the debt. i asked hom what amount i was required to pay back and he told me agin they are illegal so even if they took me to court they can not collect on the loan.

I wanted to clarify are internet PDLs legal in Iowa? I'm not sure what recourse they have against me if I cannot pay. Can they sue me even if they are not legal or licensed in this state? Thanks Aaron

I use to be a collector for collectcorp in the Minnesota office their business ethnics are crap how would I report them. They talk about sex on the collection floor, they fire people for no reason. if your not in the incrowd they don't want you there. I have heard collectors harass consumers on the phone threaten garnishment when they aren't suppose to but they still work there collectors that follow the rules get fired on a continous monthly basis they need their license pulled who do I talk to about that

Back in 2008, I had multiple PDL's in Pennsylvania, one of whom was CashNet. As this one was technically legal, I settled with a company called Commonwealth Recovery in August, 2008 for $400 on a $1054 total. Took awhile but I got the paid letter from Commonwealth. Every 4 or 5 months I get a call from a new debt collector about the same account. I usually fax them the paid letter and they go away. Friday night (at 10:44 PM) I got a call from Commonwealth (877-397-9099) supposedly in Georgia. The man I spoke to said it was still an open account and that it was now up to $3000.

Hello, Anyone have any issues with them when sending a payment for settlement? I have an Aemx acct with them now for a balance of $2800. They said they'll accept half if I can give them a check over the phone. I requested it in writing and they are faxing me a copy of the letter. I want to make sure it says that this settlement is final and no further collections will happen. These guys are notorious for taking a payment and then selling the balance to a new collection agency to collect. Any concerns or bad experiences? Thanks
