Can I ask cr agency to remove paid judgments?

How can collections garnish more than one judgment?

I received an email from First Bank of Deleware stating that they have changed their website to ThinkCash.com. To access your account with them you use Thinkcash.com. Do anyone know what's up with that? Why aren't they using their Bank login anymore?:confused:

How can a trustee require me to pay my husbands car payment under my Chapter 13 repayment plan when I filed Individually and my name isn't on the car????

I have several internet payday loans. I have just closed my bank account. I have been in contact with Your Pay Day Help to pay off these loans with a settlement. I havent paid them yet.I just read that Internet payday loans are illegal in Florida. Should I handle this myself? What do I need to do? I really am getting nervous and I want to get this process started, but don't know if I should leave this to another company. Please advise. Thanks.

I am searching for answers on how to help my boyfriend out. WWR sent a letter stating "Please be advised this Law frim has been retained to collect the outstanding balance due and owing on this account." How should we proceed on this. It says we have 30 days to ask for a validation. Its dated 9/16/2010. He owes 4,500 and he wants to pay but it may take him about 6 months to do so. Any words of advise is greatly appriciated right now. I am a little scared of them after what I read here. Thanks :confused:

My trustee filed a motion to employ an attorney with the court so that the attorney can investigate matters related to the case. Whatever that means! I don't care if they want to investigate me but why does she file a motion to employ and is there more to it than they just want to investigate me? Interestingly enough, who she wants to employ is her own law firm. Also, included in the motion are the amounts she intends to charge for services and so am I going to pay that or does the court pay her?

Has anyone heard of them and are they licensed in Oklahoma?

posted in another thread about theses folks representing Cache LLC, Today I received a letter from Dominion laww associates representing Calvary Portfolio services. The letter is dated 08/27/2010 it was mis delivered to a neighbors house. I am looking to send the DV leter do i address it to Dominion Law or to Portfolio HSBC is the original Creditor according to this letter How should I proceed. i will be in court this week do to a summons I received with Dominion representing Cache LLC they attached an affidavit to this sumons as well not sure what to do

I have 5 credit cards (5 different companies) that I would like to negotiate to a lump sum payoff for each one but, I do not know where (or how) to start. I see several references to a "DV Letter" but I have yet to find the actual letter. Is this an initial letter that I send to the companies or, do I call each company first and... if I call each one, how do I start the converstaion off?
