what is the SOL time frame for a store credit card? I live in Arizona

Hi all...I hate that I have encountered this problem but it seems like I'm not the only one.. I have several PDL out there..I have started sending out the letters but missing some states that these companies are licensed in. I have only had one response from Paydayloan yes & it wasn't the type of letter that I was expecting. I'm in the midst of bringing my bank account current so I can close/reopen it, but it's so frustrating when fees are constantly being deducted from my account :( I know there is hope out there based off of the posts I've read, but it's just getting a little ridiculous.

I got a call about a loan I am surpose to have with this company. They are telling me that they are going to take it out of my pay check by gardishing my wages. I can't get any answer. They don't no who the lender is and anything about who I own money to. I want to do what can I do to stop them from gardishing my wages?

How about wage garnishment procedures from payday loans anyone have advice on what to do about that? I am willing to pay 25.00 per week but they insist on 60.00 per week to bypass wage garnishment..

Has anyone heard of wage garnishment by a payday loan company even if in process of consolidation ?

So i just got a call from Fast Cash Advance who says that they are looking to collect on a payday loan that they advanced me (without my permission by the way) and now they want to collect. if i don't pay them right away they will forward over the wage assignment that I signed at the time of the loan. I have never signed anything with them.

okay the BBB of delaware sent me an email with an attachment from east side lenders stating: "east side lenders is located in delaware, is licensed by the state of delaware to make small loans. all such loans are approved and funded in delaware, with repayment to be made in delaware. the east side lenders agreement and website contain all disclosures required by delaware and federal law and make it clear that all transactions are governed by delaware law.

I had a student loan which I was not able to pay on since I was unemployed...I recived a garnishment letter and agreed to a payment plan since I knew I would return to work as a substitute teacher when school began. I was told they would send a stop garnishment letter to my employer with my first payment. Well they received their first payment in aug and I received my first check yesterday sept and found I was garnished. Another payment for them is due today so I contacted them in regards to this.

I keep getting phone calls regarding the account from cash advance network which i owe 350.00 and they say i owe 580.00 and thats if i settle if i don't settle its 880.00. they gave me their western union information and the other option i have is to buy a pre paid debit card.. i don't know what i should do.. they refused to give me and address..
