I am both very excited and very nervous. Over the last 8-9 days I've put a complete debit block on my account - deposits only and my bank assures me that NOTHING can come out unless it is initiated BY ME in person at the bank. The account will be closed completely once our direct deposit paychecks catch up with the new account, which was set up when I put the block on the other account.

Hi, I have been receiving calls from First Legacy Asset Management who come up on caller id as 716-725-6652 and they are saying that I need to pay them for a cash advance I had from Bahamas Marketing. I can find no info. on Bahamas Marketing and they cannot give me a phone # for Bahamas Marketing. They told me that if I don't pay them by tomorrow then this is going to go to court. Any thoughts? The only documentation that First Legacy provided me was an email that was hand typed with their company name and how much I owed. Is this legit?

I got a call from a Ms. Carter with Frist National Services an literally spoke a manager to tell them that I was going to be served on my job with "papers". I called her back to inform that she should not have been discussing my personal business with anyone but me. She then told me not to call her back and that they will be serving me with a warrant. Can they do this?

I keep getting calls from this Allied Interstate, 866-396-7770, but I have a clean credit history, and I am never behind on any debt payments. In fact, I pay all my credit cards in full at the end of the month. I believe they have the wrong number in their database - my number. I called them back and the line just kept disconnecting. When I finally was able to get into a queue, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and gave up, since I didn't want to hold any longer. I wanted to explain to them that they've got the wrong number.

Does this mean they will sue me - I know that I'm atleast 150 days late. I was going to file bankruptcy
