Today I received a call from an, "Ernie Wilson" with Corporate Office at 1-657-859-4707. He claims he is an attorney and suing me for a supposed credit card debt I have from 2007!! Well, I was incarcerated from 2007 - 2008 and he said he is still suing me, cursed me out and hung up in my face!! Then he called back to say the cops were on the way!!! Is this legit and/or legal?:confused::mad::arrow::arrow:

I have a question regarding an internet payday loan company named Magnum cash advance. I have done some research because they are making unauthorized ach debits, from my checking account. We attempted to make prior arrangement's with them, they are always hard to get a hold of. Is this legal and what are my rights? I don't believe they are legal to do business with in the state of Ohio but not fully sure on this.

I owe the following companies: PayDayOne Check 'N Go 800899Cash Cashinawink Integrity Advance Eastside Lenders Cash Direct Express I am really only hearing from 800899cash who wants me to send a "proposal for payment" today by fax. Should I ignore them and just file complaints with the Ohio BBB and Attorney General? Thanks

My daughter and her husband are in a lot of debt, and are looking for someone to cosolidate their debts or file chapter 7 or 11 bancruptcy. I have cosigned on two loans for her and want to know if it will hurt my credit if she does any of these options.

I just found out that a NOD was filed on 8/26. I have been working with a company that has been attempting to negotiate a loan mod on our behalf with Chase. I was under the impression that a NOD could not be filed while a loan mod is being negotiated. Can someone please clarify? Thanks!

They don't want accept my personal check for payment because my check is returned (bounce0 7 times and called the representative to give me another chance to use my personal check bu he refuse me and he said he can't accept my personal check anymore. Please help me for this because I cannot afford to pay wire transfer every month or cashiers check.

My husbands hours have been slowly getting cut back over the last 18mths. He went from 60 hrs to approx. 32 hrs as of this month and occasionally only 24 a week.
