I am owed about 31,000.00 since 1987.. I have a court order for 400.00 a month.there is a body of attachment warnt for his arrest, for over a year now.. I'm going through dhhr in wyoming county of west virginia.. He has drivers license still, also made contractor license about 2 years ago.. Dhhr has all this info. hi everyone, i've been trying my best to keep up with my monthly payments, but I don't think I will be able to keep up with my payments anymore and the bills are stacking up. I'm hoping to settle my debts if possible and start fresh. I was able to borrow against my 401 and am hoping to use that to settle my Chase debt. Would they be willing to settle even if I've been making my monthly payments? Some people have said they won't talk to you until you're seriously behind on your payments.

Hi everyone! I am in Arizona. Took out a loan from CASHNETand have been unable to pay the $500 I borrowed. I have successufully paid off 3 of 5 payday loans. I have started getting calls from the 1-800-403-7550 number and they are calling 5-6 times a day.They say I owe $1289.74, but will settle with me for $909. Of course they threatened me with everything from wage garnishment to court, etc. I would like to pay what I owe. My questions are: #1: Do I have to pay more than the $500 I originally borrowed? #2: HOW do I pay them?

I am so glad I have found this forum, I have posted a couple times but just realized I should register. I have closed my bank account and opened a new one last week. I have payday loans set to be coming out on Friday, 9/10. I live in washington state and have loans with: Zip19 USfastcash 500fastcash All of which I have found on here to be illegal so I have emailed, faxed and mailed them all letters to revoke ACH transactions and wage assignments on tuesday. I have yet to hear from any of them.

I have had a local sheriff come to my home with a collection proceeding from a plaintiff by the name of Midland Funding LLC and in this judgment letter it stated that I owed the amount in excess of 900.00 and that my property of value to be seized and sold to satisfy this debt. The sheriff stated that I could make payments to him but they could not be small amounts because he could only hold the paper for no more than 3 or 4 months. I could call the office for Midland Funding to try to set up payments on a smaller scale if needed.
