I'm trying to send off some SOL notification letters. Problem is that these accounts are so old that the only info I have for them are what's on my credit report from freecreditreport dot com. But these reports don't show my entire account number with each creditor. When I called up freecreditreport dot com I was told that I have to call each of these creditors to get my account number. Is there any way to avoid doing that? I really do not want to get on the phone for the fear of well....everything! Please help!

They are calling us up to 4 times a day seven days a week for a person with same last name but has never been here. Skip debt collecting is illegal in Michigan. If I file a complaint with the attorney General all they do is ask them to stop and they harrass other people. Is there any permanent soloution to making them stop breaking the law.?

i had avente bill me the other day and they said. that they've been sending me letters and i have only recieved one. Then i told them that. He said "o yeah we only sent two but you still owe us." this will be one year that they supposely sent it in NOV i really think this sounds fishy i asked if i can go online to view my account balance and they said theres no such thing?
