If you have a payday loan that doesn't get paid, then two years later they come after you and you pay it off, can they come after you again and say it is interest that you are paying on now the same amount as the loan was in the beginning so you are paying it twice

I live in Florida and after sending the letters to stop ach and wage assignment, I recieved PAID IN FULL emails from Instant loans now, Instant loans usa, and packmarketing just stopped debiting my account. And instant cash usa made payment arrangements and is not charging anymore finance charges! Finally, there is a light at the end of the tunnel!!:p

I have a chapter 7 discharge from 4/06. I have discharged TL that still report every month. What is the purpose of them reporting monthly to the CR? 2nd question is it possible to get TL that are soon to stop recording (>6months) to remove the account earlier? How do you go about doing it.
