Anyone out there have experience dealing with either payday-loan-yes or e-payday-loan.com? I was looking addresses to send payments. They are telling me they only accept electronic payments, but I don't want to give them my new bank account info. Any help will be appreciated.

hello i took out a loan with tremont financial and im currently paying them back but are they a real loan agency to begin with and i live in connecticut so what would i need to do to find out if what they are doing is legal in my state?? thanks in advance

Ok well I know I have tackled Kenwood, Loan Point USA, Upfront, Ameriloan etc... But I am really nervous about mycash now and eastside. You know the situation and that I can not close my checking account, d I I am only able to block these PDL's. Well so far it hasnt been an issue, but that is why I have only been dealing with one at a time. Now I think I got too greedy confronting two PDL's at the same time. I went to the bank put blocks on both, and now I wait. I sent them both letters, and only Eastside responded with their cut and paste letter.

I have several payday loans which at this point it seems like I will never be done paying and its getting out of control. What can I do (aside from learn to be smarter with my money)?

Asset Acceptance posted a court judgement on my Transunion report that is not my name. The court verifies this, yet I have to go through the dispute proceedure when Asset Acceptance could clear this up immediately. My problem is I don't know which office. There are many Asset Acceptance listed on-line. Help me please know where to start to get this immediately cleared up. I am trying to refinance my home and just found out about this judgement on Transunion.

I live in Ohio. One of my payday lenders is Cashland. They are a storefront. I called the store on Wednesday (Aug. 18) and told them that I would not have the money to come in on Friday (Aug. 20) to pay my loan. I asked them if I could make some type of payment arrangements and they said no. On Monday, (Aug. 23) my tried to deposit my check and of course, it did not clear. What am I suppose to do now? :confused:

I've been doing a lot of great reading on this forum...there is a wealth of information! My quesiton is this...I have 3 cc (totalling about $35k) which are all about 90-99 days late...all of the cards are offering me to go into payments for a year at 0% interest at a reduced min payment. I don't have a lot of money to do settlements at this time, (I have about $5K...so I could maybe do one) so I am more than likely going to proceed with these hardship programs until I can either save more money up or maybe things will change with our income.

Just wondering as some of you might know that read a lot here Ive started my default/settlement and its going about as I could expect so far.

I rec'd a call from this agency last week trying to collect on unpaid traffic violations from 2 cars that I have never owned. The rep gave me the tag numbers and the description of the cars. I wne to the DMV website and the tickets are valid, I just don't know how MRS got my name and tel number. Is there a way to find out how they got my info, and how they matched those cars to me?
