I also received a call from URG Litigations. I was told that there was litigation pending on someone I do not know but my telephone number was the one they had. I told this VERY RUDE lady to take my phone off their call list and she said she would not and hung up on me. I believe the FCC would be responsible for complaints since URG Litigations is involved in interstate commerce.

The creditor has started the foreclosure process on the property but I really don’t know for how long we can stay in the house. Is there any time frame till when people are allowed to stay during foreclosure?

Got a call from a "server" to call 855-557-6591 which is IAA, Internal Account Arbitration (the name of the company). the lady on the phone told me it was due to an illegal VIP pay loan. Anyone heard of these guys? IAA?

Long story short, I pushed back on a loan I had with Great Plains Lendings in April of this year. To be fair, it was my second loan with them and I had already paid the principle back between the combined interest of my 1st/2nd loan. I followed all the steps recommended on this website and besides a few emails following the default, I have not heard from them. Well today I get a voicemail on my cell phone from an unknown company stating that I need to return their call within 4 hours and there is a restraining order against me. The number is 202-417-2021.

Just curious to anyone on this board. Has anyone been sued or garnished from a situation with a payday loan after you've sent a C&D letter, contacted your Attorney General and closed your bank account? Seems like the worst I've heard from this board is threatening phone calls and negative reporting on your credit report.

I live in PA and I took out an online payday loan with plain greens over two years ago. I've only paid the finance charge once and had to stop the payments because I was so far behind in everything else. I am now receiving calls from Queen City Arbitration. I am willing to make $100 dollar payments biwkly to pay off the $600 loan. However, Natalie from Queen City Arbitration says that I can pay $100 biwkly, but will have to pay a total of 1650.00 if $600 is not paid by the end of November. What can I do?
