I have a judgment against me that I want to pay in full yet whenever I call this Kramer & Frank my phone calls are always transferred after I give my account # and then it rings and rings and noone ever answers. Then I finally get someone and she tells me to call in 2wks and make them a settlement offer and when I do they will not accept my settlement offer (FULL payment amount) unless I give them 2 mos worth of my bank account statements, my place of employment and other personal information.

my wife is being sued for 2400.00 from capitol one . two weeks until court date. she has no job but is on joint checking account . can they freeze account in pa. or can she make payment plans to them.

I just got a call that some one would come to my house tomorrow and that they would pick me up. Cause I owed money to insta cash. I don't ever remember getting a loan with them. Im scared about this. Do you believe this is a scam.

I have a repo from 2003 with Americredit that still shows a balance due of $7400. it is holding up my mortgage . Anyone know what the smallest percentage is of that amount they will take in settlement? Thanks

pay off pay day loans

I called PDL Ventures today at 1-800-321-3886. I spoke with Kara at ext 4628 and she was VERY helpful. I'm not on their side by any means, but I was trying to get down to the bottom of a CA calling me to pay on this PDL Ventures loan so I was doing some investigating into what I really do owe if I owe anything. This number works! She was very helpful!

It took 9 looooong months to settle, now 2 months later I just check my credit score and it's 692. Wow I was shock it was so good! I figure it would be toast! Of course I started with a credit score of 810 and have been told this is why it took so long to settle (my score was to high at first). So I guess it's faster to start out with a lower score if you want to settle faster!

Settle 2 months ago but haven't check my credit report yet.

**I posted this in the BK and Payday Loan Forum** I had my Ch 7 court hearing on July 28 and no creditors showed up. I included Cash Central, a payday loan, from 2007 in my petition. Today, I get a call from L Ryan Copeland Law office stating that some papers will be served on me on behalf of Cash Central. I told the person that this was included in my Ch 7 and uncontested. She went on to say that check fees are not able to be discharged. I said fine and just hung up. I have an email into my BK attorney about this. Anyone know what they are talking about with the check fees?
