Has anyone heard of a Collection Agency that suppose to be in New York called ASC----Affidaviate Consolidation Service. They suppose to be an Agency that collects for internet payday loans.I can not find them in New York nor by the phone numbers they are calling me from.

Well I had posted a thread on here about starting the process of getting rid of my lenders but I can't find it. Just wanted to update. Payday Max is wanting to settle for 600.00 and I pretty much told them to shove it. Ameriloan and Integrity Advance both never responded to my letter, which I sent twice, and have since taken my account offline. Not really sure what that means. Payday Max also took my account offline. I spoke with Speedy Cash and they are working with me. Thank the Lord. Again, thanks for all the advice on here. I don't know what I would have done without it.

National Action Financial Services has been calling our home number about a loan that someone else took out and they gave our phone number as a reference no. NAFS has called many times stating that they are going to file charges on the person that took out the loan and gave them our phone no.They insist that I give them an account no. I did not take out any loan therefore I do not have an account no.I have tried to tell NAFS this and the people in the office tell me I am being rud,they say they will remove our phone no. from thier calling list they have not done so.
