Ok so I technically have had 13 Lines of credit since I turned 18 which was almost 4 years ago.. I have NEVER been late on any of my loans that I have had I only went over on my credit card once and that was 4 months after I got it which was 3 1/2 yrs ago. and i only went over bc my payment didnt get there on time so they charged me abunch and it caused me to go over.. But anywho since being 18 I have paid off 7 prsonal loans Never late on payments always paid over the minimum payment, have paid off one student loan and yet my credit score is not even a 600..

I took out some loans in April 2010 via the internet with National CS and Fox Enterprises. I have sent the revocation letters several times via email and fax. I can't send them via certified mail, as there's no physical address that I can find. However, I actually received a response from Fox Enterprises asking where I copied and pasted the letter from, AND that they were going to run the transaction anyway. I haven't actually received a response from National CS, but they keep sending me notices from the same email address.

Michael Walker called me from the exact same company he had a un-understandable accent, and he told me i was being sued for bank fraud, stealing money and refusal to pay loans, (which i didnt pull out) and he told me to pay $2,975 right away or i was going to jail. so he told me to fax a paper saying i would pay the money out side of court in order to stop all charges. well.....

If you are already in a debt consolidation for your credit cards and have been for several months and the credit card companies are filing suit against you what is your next step? Hi... If anyone could advice me what would be the ideal solution for what i'm dealing with here. I am currently dealing with over 16000 in CC debt not including my 7000 student loan. I am not late or in default with any of my bills but paying the monthly min is not helping. I was considering some kind of settlement but from what i gather from reading about SQ1 that sounds like suicide. I'm not sure consolidation would work i just don't want to take out any kind of loan to pay these bills because that would not make any sense, jumping from the pan into the fire so to speak.

I settled with chase months ago and they have updated my cr to show settled but on tu under current status it shows 90 days past due.I have disputed this and it comes back verified.I know this has got to be killing my score which is 600 now.Does anyone have a number so i can fax them directly.Thanks
