PDL Company Legal or not

I have PDLs with 3 companies--Ameriloan, One Click Cash, and Discount Advances for a total including interest of $2000. I live in Pennsylvania. The payments were being made via ACH transfer from my checking but effective with October's payments none of these companies were permitted to take the payment via ACH. I have not paid them. They have called and left very nice messages that they were willing to work with me but I have not called them back. I call it the ostrich syndrome-bury your head and it will go away. Why are they not permitted to use ACH?

I just got an email with the number on it. when i call they said they can hear me and they just star to say if i can not do a complete payment i can do small amount payment. he did not even speak in english and he said the are located in Europe. THIS IS SCAM...

 

Paying Chp 7 Fillling Fee In Installments

Hello, I am paying a BK preparer to do my Chp 7 bankruptcy. My questions is, if I pay the filling fee in installments, does that give me immediate protection from creditors? Also, do they give you a case number when you setup the installment payments or do I have to pay the filling fee off first?

Has anyone received call from either or these places. 866-618-9041 and 716-362-0351. Threatening calls and voicemails. Tried calling advante but just got transferred and the disconnected. Called on my cell and work number. Thinking it is scammers or bottom feeders. Just wondering if anyone else got any calls voicemails

I would like some assistance with an account that I have with an installment loan company (I reside in Michigan). I submitted the following email. It has come to my attention that payday lenders must be licensed by the state of Michigan in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a deposit of $2,450 on September 11, 2013.

Hello again everyoneee!!! Things are going pretty well, I think most of my payday lenders just gave up trying to get the money from me, lol. I've paid back most or all of the principle amounts I took. . HOWEVER, NCS (not the same one as NCS, 729 Miner Rd, Ohio) called both my work phone and cell phone today and left a message with a "docket number" and said the "authorities" were coming to my place of employment in 30 minutes with the paperwork accusing me of defrauding a financial institution.

I had a loan thru Spot Loan, paid back the principal with an overage of like $18. I filed a complaint wig my AG. They sent a letter to Spot Loan and I got another letter from my AG stating Spot Loan never replied and they are not legal in Michigan and they are taking further action. Spot Loan doesn't bother me buy my $400 loan is now $800 in finance charges. Hopefully they will take this company down too. Yay State of Michigan!!

First I want to thank you all sooooo much! I went from 7 payday loans to 1 which is a store front one with the help of your knowledge! My kids are eating more then cheap hot dogs and noodles now!!! I still have 2 cash calls loans (me and husband) and Avant loan....Cash Call was original loan issuer and now they are calling me almost 10 times a day wanting me to log on and redo my ACH and first time they said Delbert was taking over my account but now they dont say that. I refuse to do so. They seem to have no problem taking out the money so I dont know.

I got a call from a Brenda Mitchell (919-348-2850) whom left a message stating her name, that she is with Nashville Credit Systems, and that she is bound by law to state that this is an attempt to collect a debt and that I need to call her back immediately at 404-592-0233 to settle this debt. First of all, I don't have any debt besides college (which is in deferment) and my car payment (which is paid two months ahead) so there is no way that this call was for me. She also did not state a name for whom she was collecting this debt for.
