I was sued by CACH LLC back in 2007. I agreed to make payment and have been on time with every one. Only 4 more payments to go. After finding this forum and doing some research I found out that CACH is not licensed or registared as an out of state consumer collection agency in my state (FL) as required by law per the FCCPA. Can I demand my money back or, take them to court? After they send me a PIF letter of course.

Yeah you all said it, these people are the true meaning of "non-professional idiots" no doubt about that. But my question is, they took over a loan of mine that was $2600. They give me no information as to WHERE they got the account so I know who sent it to them. Then about a year and a half later I get a letter from their legal dept attempting to sue.
