I have multiple payday loans and want to rid myself of them...how

I received a call from CRS, she said they were in New york. 877-995-0657. A Ms. Rivera and a Tom Young called me. Left a message saying they were going to come to my home or work to serve a summons for a "bad check" they I had with Bank Of America. I don't have a Bank of America checking account. I called, spoke to a Ms. Rivera and asked her to send me a letter with the reference she was referring to. She refused. What do I do? She said it was for a Payday Loan and I autherized a ACH autherization for withdrawel. Again, I told her I never had a Bank of AMerica account.

Yes, I need some helpful information on this debt I have. I took out a large business loan to purchase some equipment before the economy went to the crapper. Well, everything was going ok I purchased the equipment, and that is when everything drove of the cliff. The company was closed before I got the equipment and was liquid dated by the company that purchased it. This is after I did six months of research on supplies and still got screwed. I hired a lawyer and was pursuing a lawsuit, but had to pull out because it was getting too costly. Now I have a large loan and nothing to show for it.

New to this forum...can anyone enlighten me about consolidating credit card debt and the effect on your credit scores? Thanks,

I went bankrupt a year and a half ago. I have a business (incorp) which had an Amex card with a balance, never missed a payment and still owed money after the bankruptcy, a month after going bankrupt they sent a letter that I had to send in the card and pay the balance in full. They stopped issuing credit on the card. I never paid them in full but kept iup the payments. I have not had a statement or call or heard from them in all this time...should I keep paying, I dont even know what the balance is and am afraid to call them.

In February 2010 I received a letter from National Credit Adjusters about a debt with Regency. Because I had never hear of National Credit Adjusters or Regency I sent in a debt validation letter that I got from this website. I sent it certified mail and they got it on 3-8-10. I never received any other information from them or heard anything else. Yesterday the state office of the agency that I work for got a phone call saying I had this debt and if I didnt pay they would garnish me. I pulled a credit report yesterday and it shows a collectioin account for National Credit Adjusters.

There was an interesting article in the July 29, 2010, Washington Post about protecting the elderly from getting caught in the PDL trap when Social Security checks, etc., are sent solely by direct deposits to their bank accounts. A few months ago I was contacted by your company that my Gander Mtn. Credit Card was being canceled. The reason was unclear( the caller thought it was something about a late payment 4 years ago on a different credit card) but after talking to 2 or 3 people and telling them my credit score was just fine and there was something wrong here I gave up and told them to go ahead and cancel it( since they were going to anyway). Over the course of that 2 weeks when I talked to your employees I spent money checking my credit report and trying to figure out if someone had stolen my identity.
