Has anyone here used reliefllc Or does anyone else have any suggestions for a PDL resolution company? I have 6 PDLs at store fronts in Ohio. I'm in good standing now, but won't be able to make the payments in a couple weeks. Most are members of the CFSA, but the amount I would need to pay for EPPs is outside my ability to pay them all in that manner (~$880x4), even if they were monthly payments.

I have a capital one credit card that I got behind on and it has been sent to collections. I am being called by NCO Financial and I try to make the payments as best I can, I recently lost my job and cant pay the payments that they want me to and they are telling me the account can be charged off if I dont make the payment that is to large for me. what can I do I want to pay them it is just hard right now

I had to take a pay cut about 10k, I cut back were possible. I can make all my min payments except 1 Bank of America its $610.00 I offered $300 amonth until things get better,but they want to settle for $18k paid in 90 days or $680 with 6% paid in 60 month neither I can do. Coming up to 120 days past due.

I have 3 credit cards, 2 of which I closed a year ago when they wanted to raise interest rates on me. One with FNBO for 11k and Chase for 16k. It's gotten to the point I'm having trouble paying bills and never can pay more than min, some months robbing peter to pay paul. I've been reading the forums and looking at the hardship program info and debt settlement info. My question is if you have a balance transfer on the card will the settle the card? e.g. Chase has the balance for 16k, 4500 of that was a balance transfer from when I first opened the card 8 yrs ago.

I just gotta a call today from MR. stokes of the Jacksonville location. They said they were going to emabarrass me and take me to jail too. I had to ask my co-worker if they could take me to jail from not paying a payday loan from 2005! Thank you guys for all these answers!!!

Anyone know if My next day cash, MB Marketing is a liscensed lender? I have paid them 700.00 on a 400.00 loan and they are still claiming I owe them 520.00 more.
