Hi: I have a payday loan with a group called Brighton FNL. I have attempted to call them to pay it off in full. I never received an answer. I have a phone # (801) 263-7080 which when you call they answer the phone Brighton FNL and then transfer you to "Jacqueline" which is a voice mail. After you leave a message I was switched back to an attendant who told me the people in the office were all busy and that Jacqueline was the only one who could help me. So I want to know if I can stop them from taking any more debits from my account until they contact me. Loren

I have several PDL's and I am planning to close my account tomorrow and send out the ACH Revoke (anyone have the letter I need to send?) Okay I live in Texas and currently have four pdl out all through internet companies. I'm drowning in the interest charges to the point where I am not going to be able to pay my bills this month if I don't figure something out. I don't know how i got so out of control with this and I am kicking myself in you know what for getting myself into this mess. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Can anyone tell me if mycashnow is affiliated with any other pdl companies?

I have 6 credit cards that I was hoping to settle on. I am about 3 months behind on them. Our income has gone back up so that we could afford minimum payments on them again. I just do not have the upfront money to try to settle with them....wished that I did though. I just had Chase offer me a 5 year plan at 0% interest to pay them off. Now I am thinking that if I could get all of them to agree to this or at least to a low interest 5 year plan that at least I would be debt free in 5 years. Any ideas on how to get the other cards to agree to this?

UGH. I think I really screwed up. I received a call from a 'process server' on Friday. He stated that I was getting ready to be served and he could delay this if I called a number ....JD Enterprises. I called. I talked to Joe Willis. He said that I owe ATT $1200...He said that he sent me letters with an offer to settle and I could settle for $800 before this goes to court.

Several months ago I signed up with FIRE International after a very convincing sales pitch (upshot: I had too much credit card debt and was looking for a way to consolidate my debt).

So i have been on and off the phone with Dish Network, cause i saw them on my report. I called them up and have been at it with them for over 3 months. Well after the first month for trying to get this Debt of 1000.00 doller of my report, it went to LVNV FUNDING LLC. Well now dish network is giving my the run around. After talking to a guy that was not sure what he was doing told me the address, well it was my dads address. So i dug a little dipper with this guy and he told me what the debt was for. It was for my dad not sending the 3 receavers back to them.
