Got a call from CST Mitigation and the answering machine picked it up saying they were Central Mitigation and there is a pending civil case with me as a respondant. I have never received any letter from this company. I tried to google the number and the company but no information comes up. Says I need to have my representative contact her. She could not even finish eating before she left the message. Very professional. I have defaulted on some payday loans about 3 years ago so I am not sure what this could be about. Mitigation sounds scary.

I feel like I am running around in circles. I keep thinking if I could just get one good response back then that would psych me up to fight the next battle. Unfortunately I have not gotten any of these resolved yet. UGH!!I have two that I have demanded refunds from. No response. Go Figure!!I have gotten collection notices from two which I am mailing back my responses. And the other ones are just kinda in limbo. I thought it would be nice if I could get some good news stories from some of the other people who are working with the same companies I am.

I was ripped off by 2-different companies already. A friend referred me to solicitation removed. They have a great step by step program at very low cost, that shows you how to settle your credit card debt the same way the Debt Settlement companies I signed with did, and took thousands from me before they even tried settlement my debt. I understand companies are trying to turn a profit-but come on now. I would certainly advise these guys.

what all can i consolidate

I have 4 store front payday loans, I had lost my job and was unable to pay them, then I was put on social security disability, which they could not garnishee. I withdrew my retirement and bought a used car, they found out and called today after many many months of being left alone, and told me they heard I bought a new car and expected me to start making payments now. how in the world would they know I had a car? they said they were taking me to court and let the Judge decide if I would have to pay, by the time I pay my living expenses I have no money left.

i need help to catch up my mortage, my checking account is negative and payday loan elimination

My husband and I have been in contact with a real estate agent who in turn put us in contact with a mortgage person. She ran our credit reports and my husbands is fine, but mine is lower than the required 620 or so she said it needs to be at. If I remember correctly, she said its 563. I do have 2 collection accounts that are not paid and one should drop off in January, paid or not. Will paying on these raise my score? When that other one falls off, will it raise it? How long does it take for a score to rise? Any help is appreciated.
