We are late on our mortgage. They are now calling our family. Can they legally do this? Is there anything we can do to stop them?

I live in new jersey and am in the pay day loan trap. I have 10 pay day loans.i ram thinking of closing my bank account. I was planning on sending a letter of revocation to all and then having a company called progresive debt relief negotiate with me. I owe around 4600. Has anyone here heard of the recovery factory my pay day loan for national payday loan .com sent me to collections which i told them i would pay ASAP when provided with a mailing address they refused so now i am dealing with a collections agency i do not know why they bothered i will only pay what i owe and not unknown fees they come up with they are illegal to lend to New Hampshire residents.

I just rcvd a call from Mr. Harris at 877-405-3404 and he states that he is an investigator and that I owe 1,215 to Summit Group a.k.a. BMG. I explained to him that I wanted documentation and an address and he would not give me that info. He also stated that they are going to file a lawsuit against me for this money. And that I should be picked up on a warrant. I explained to him that I have reported this matter to the AG, FTC and I was in the process of filing a complaint with my local authorities. He claims that it doesn't matter what I do I am still going to have a warrant and have to pay.

Short version of what's been happening: Up until recently, my FAFSA has completely covered all my school needs. I've even had extra after each semester to spend on food/housing/whatever. Last year, I started going to a pretty good university, and FAFSA was going to cover most of it, with only 2k or so needing to be paid by me/loans. My Pell Grant and Unsub loan provider was Chase, and they approved both loans, and on their website had claimed to send them. But the school never got the money. I tried going online, and for some reason my account kept looping. Like...

I am in Chapter 13 five years, I have completed two years. My question is at the time of Plan approval I have two Mortgages 1st and 2nd my house has gone down in value to where the house is worth less than the first mortgage. My question is there any way to revise plan to change second mortgage to unsecured debt. Thanks

I keep getting all this mail about a "National Debt Relief Stimulus Plan". Is there such a plan? What are these mailings all about?

I unfortunately have taken out two payday loans again AFTER KNOWING BETTER. I was desparate for money. They are through The Loan Center and Loan by Phone. Are these legal in MS? I took out $390 ($300 plus $90 fee) with the Loan Center and $182.92 ($150 plus fees) with Loan by phone. If these ARE legal, what is the best step to get a payment plan set up with them? I need HELP! And I will NEVER do this again! This is a miserable situation...
