I live in California I made the HUGE MISTAKE of getting internet pay loans! I have 4 One from Ameiloan and one from Unitedloan,both I know are illegal in California. My qustion is the other two loans are from companys I have no idea who they are,they did deposit $300 each in my checking account witch I did not notice (I had so much activity in my checking account I didn't what was going on)until they started taking fees out of my account I have since closed my account and called these companys asking who they are,they said I applied for a loan and it got sent to 100s of lenders.

I am new to all of this. When I ask a question, my name comes up in the thread. How do I change it so my real name doesn't show up in thread?

I live in Ohio. I went to a storefront pdl called Cashland. I am not in default yet, but have to keep paying off the loan and reborrowing. How do I get out from under neath this?

Received a call this morning from NCO. The number that showed up is 800-280-4477. It was a recorded message for us to call them back. I think I know what this is about but before I talk to them I would like some info on them before I proceed. I have received nothing in the mail from them. Just this phone call. I live in Illinois.

My parents were just delivered (to my Mom's Office) by the Deputy Sheriff a Notice of Garnishment and Interrogatories from the Law offices of Charles Litow, this is for a $3k debt to Capital One. They are on SSI. Mom hasn't seen this yet and Dad says she handles this stuff. Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated.

i find myself getting pay day loans in order to pay the interest on other loans and now its overbearing and i cant pay them. what should i do because i dont want them to go into collections

[SIZE=3]One of my payday lenders is wagesfast.com. They are not legal to do business in the State of Ohio. I borrowed $400 from them and to date have paid back $580. (If anything they owe me a refund of $180 – Fat chance on collecting). They are not even located in the United States, I believe they are in the British Isles. On July 8, (one day before they were to debit my account which I had closed the day before), I sent them a C& D and wage assignment revoke letter.
