Hi Everyone I have lived in my house for 10 years this is the 1st time I have been late. What happens now. Do I mail the late charge with my payment. If it is within 30 days am I ok. Dose 30 day late mean the 1st of the month or the 15 of the month like my cupon says. I have credit card dept that I do not want to be late on an have a rate hike to 30% on cc what happens if I run within 30 days late on my morgae every month I have no problem paying a late charge. I have a judgement from MRC Receiveable Corp. on file and on my credit report. I never was filed with any papers or did I even have knowledge of anything was happening. What is the best thing for me to do to try to dispute this?

i received a call today from Mary Dedeaux at joseph & Assoc. (877-333-0713) for two payday loans I had back in 2006. She is saying that they are going to call my employer to supeona email records from back in 2006. She said she didn't have the information to give me for who the loans were from so i am not sure how i can even figure out if i paid these off. Can they contact my employer for email records or is she just trying to give me a hard time? If i do owe them I will try and work something out with them but all she kept telling me today was I owed $1367.00.

Can anyone tell me if they have received phone calls from 818-564-4206. I have been receiving calls from this number telling me that the orignal payday loan creditor has written off my loan as a loss and now are filing charges against me for fraud, theft and something else. They keep telling me that by 11 am tomorrow I will be arrested and facing a legal mess. It is some hard to understand the person who is talking. He calls himself Alex and says he is filing charges against me with my state's attorneys office. I am in the process of filing bankruptcy and this debt is included.

I was trying to find out what anyone knows about Little Loan Shoppe. It was a PDL but they r trying to say they r an installment lender. I do have a fixed payment of 175.00 for like 20 weeks. I borrowed like 500 and still owe like 687 according to the website. What can be done if anything about this company?

I called my bank yesterday and did exactly what was stated in a previous thread. SHe said they could close the account but any ACH's could force it open. She also said I couldnt put a deposit only on the account. She sent me the letter below and explained this is how I can take care of it. To me, it looks like if I complete this letter the payday loan lenders will send the electronic documents and I will be forced to continue to pay. I have two internet loans in State of California from Paydayloan Yes and Ace Cash services. Any help would be appreciated. They took out more money today.
