Does AT&T Cell phone negotiate past due bills?

I am in trouble I owe approxiamtly 90,000 to the irs and 8000.00 in charged off credit debt. I pay each charged off account money each month. I have no repayment plan with the irs but they have put a lein on my house for the 90k. I have about 7 yrs until son goes to college and I want to set a good example for them. I am a single parent. And I am scared of being homeless.

I have delinquencies on my credit because my finances have spun out of control and for this very same reason i wont be able to qualify for a consolidation or personal loan. does anyone have suggestions for a guy with (around) a 650 credit score and delinquencies on how to get some cash to fix things

how to start to consolidate my payday loans

I have received a notice from a collection agency on a medical bill from about two years ago. I do not dispute I owe it but I do think the amount is about $20 than the last statement I received from the doctor. I have looked at some of the sample debt verification letters but they seem pretty "tough" for lack of a better wordin that I am not disputing that I do owe it but I want to verify the amount. Does anyone have a sample of a letter to ask them to verify the amount? Is this the appropriate letter to send? I have until August 1 to reply. Thanks.

I received a call saying my social security number was under investigation for fraud, as did my brother regarding me. When I called them, they said the debt was for a payday loan for the BMG/Titan Group which was "charged off" in July of 2008, and they claim I owe $1,450.63. I KNOW I've never had a payday loan for that amount and they refuse to tell me what the original loan and terms were and the date it was taken out.

I'm trying to call FIA/Bank of America. I have 3 numbers for them but everytime I call, I enter all of my info and finally get a prompt saying their office is closed. Does anyone know their business hours? What's the best phone number? Thanks!

I defaulted on a checking account 3 1/2 years ago and Wells Fargo sold my debt to RJM Acquisitions. I am trying to clear up my credit history and would like to pay what I owe...just not to RJM. Not only have I read the horror stories from people who have been scammed by these scheisters, but my own sister was a victim of their shady tactics and is STILL fighting over a year after paying in full to get her debt marked "paid in full" I contacted Wells Fargo and was told that I HAD to go through RJM and that they would not deal with me directly.

I have no idea what to do, so it would be great to get someone to point me in the right direction. Here is the backstory: My husband had some very expensive dental work done back in 2006. Our insurance didn't cover what we had anticipated and we were left with $3K out-of-pocket. We were making payments on it, but then we had some rough times with my twins....they were born early and spent 4 months in the nicu. Anyhow, somewhere in there, the dental office sent our bill to collections. I got one phone call at work and told them not to contact me at work.
