Has anyone heard of relief llc debt co. ? Are they a scam?

I received a call from a lady yesterday at my work first telling me she is coming to my work either today or tomorrow and serving me for a payday loan that I dont remember taking out, she gave me an 800 number to call and work it out with them or she is coming here to my work to serve me, when I called the number it said CRS law firm, is this ligit she also said its a payday loan with Titan Group ??? Can anyone give me some insight about this ?

i reside in south carolina i have a payday loan with carolina payday loan i have defaulted on a $550 loan which i had to write a $632 check every two weeks and when you rewrite you can't get your money back until the next day. I had diffuculty paying them and asked them if they had any payment options they said no they can only accept the finance charge one time only and they cant do this anymore because they are putting there jobs online and if i don't come up with the money my check could be sent to the magistrate office or the solictors office.

Is anyone a client of this company and if so, how is it working out for you?

I live in NY and hav a loan with loanpoint usa - I have paid them 640 of the 700 I owed then realized they were illegal and closed my bank account etc. well the calls have started and I guess how do I make them stop? I sent the c&D letter, I spoke with the people yesterday, who I might add couldn't speak english. I asked for a validation letter, etc etc. and the only thing they would say is I'm being charged with three felony counts of fraud.

Hi All....I have only posted a couple of times and got advice from several of you regarding my situation. I wanted to just say "Thank You" for this site and for all your help! I had lost my husband 3 years ago very suddenly and tragically, just shy of our 30 year anniversary. So that was the start of my nightmare. So I almost lost my house and everything else. I am now in a much better place. My home loan was modified and my payment was reduced by $1700.00! Last week I finally got an offer from B of A to settle my two credit cards for 20%!

I have had to take out some payday loans in the past, and have just gotten financially stable enough to pay them off. I've got it down to 2 different loans, but its been so long since I made a payment they apparently contacted Debt Collectors to collect the debt. I have since been contacted by 3 separate entitites trying to collect on this same debt. How does that work? All three of them call my work, or try calling my phone with blocked numbers so I can't tell who it is calling me. How can I tell which ones are legit, and which ones aren't? Is it possible that all 3 are legit?
