I received a payday loan from this very shady from the beginning company for $200. After receiving the loan, I discovered, here, that they are not a legal lender. With that said, I am closing my bank account before they have the opportunity to debit it (I have tried for a week and a half to call the number I was given to tell them I wanted to pay in full and never get anyone on the phone) and my bank informed that they would not reopen a closed account if a debit was applied against it after doing so.

I made a payment arrangement with GC services but felt pressured into giving them my bank account information. What happens if I close the bank account before they take out the next payment? I would rather save the money and settle at a later date.
