Does anyone here have a sample letter to Ohio court on dismissal of unsubstantiated debt claim?

I live in Fort Smith ( Arkansas ) I want to know if a payday lender from another state or country can legally lend here and if they collect on such a loan......Also do the these loans effect are credit scores? Seems if payday loans are illegal in Arkansas these loans should not be reported to the credit bureau.

i recently had a guy named mr. mitchell wouldnt give me his first name. its kinda odd because he had the info from the loan i had received. he told me to send him 1058.00 by the end of july by using a debit card (greendot) to be purchased at walmart.

I am an abitrator for a debt settlement company. This is my first time to come across a checking account with a balance of around $3100 that was closed with a balance of $1900. I need help on how to approach this settlement. Do these accounts settle 60-80% or on the low end like the credit card accounts, 20-35% ?

I was sent a letter at the beginning of this year with a settlement balance of $437 on a $711 total. I paid the $437 in March-April, but on my crdit report it is showing a balance of $237. I really want to know what is going on because I paid what they asked to settle with $437. This issue needs to be wiped off. Please let me know who or what I need to do.? ~Nichole

Several years ago I worked out a payment arrangement with NCO Financial regarding 2 Capital One credit cards that I had. I was told after I paid the amount I would receive a letter stating that my debt was taken care of. While collecting unemployment which in Florida is only a max of $275 I was able to pay 75% of the original debts. Wouldn't you know it 7 years later I still have no letter and am being harrassed again for these same bills. Is there anything I can do?

I borrowed money from two lenders. Pack Management Group LLC and SSM Group LLC. I reside in NJ. Are they a legal lender in my state? And what right do I have? They sent me two emails that read as follows: If you notice they do not even put a name of who the debt is for? it says your account with, and then it's blank. I think something fishy is going on here. Any thoughts from anyone? I am looking to finally settle my debt, I was able to save up some money despite my deep financial difficulties (rent/school) - the debt is in the amount of $5000 (it's with a law office) - I am looking to settle the account for 50% of the balance. My credit is shot anyway, so i don't mind settling. I can only do about 40 percent of the net myself, I will have to pull some help for the rest (which i will only do if i have to) please help!!
