help i dont know how i am going to pay off 3 payday loan compaies that are all requesting money

Hello all, I live in Texas and am having some trouble with an old payday loan. The original loan was taken out from MyCashNow (who is not legal to lend in Texas). The debt has now been sold to a third party collector and I was wondering what my rights/obligations are? I originally borrowed $1000 and have paid almost $800 in fees and interest.

All, Keep getting calls on my cell phone. Coming from 1-720-545-1824. Which is a Denver, CO area number. However, caller is NOT smart enough to leave a message, stating who is calling and why. They do, however, keep waking me up from sound sleep every time they call. Called at 8AM and 11:30AM today, with no message(s) left. And because I do NOT know the number, I do NOT answer. Plus the fact that I'm sound asleep! I do keep reporting the number to both local and national NO CALL lists. Now, I'm ready to go one step farther, and file harassment complaint and/or charge(s).

I got debited $390.00 from loan shop from my account which I did not authorize from this account and not my rent is due and can not pay it.

i am in 4 payday loans in georgia all are internet Elastic-180$ first bank of delaware-430- great sky-360 lakota cash-617.50 is ther a way for me to work out payment arragements with them other than just paying the fees off

How do I improve my credit score quickly

I just got off the phone with american express and boy they don't take no for answer. The senior rep wanted me to give them an amount that i thought i could pay by the 18th of the month and when i said i didn't know how much i would be able to pay they told me that even if i said now that the $103 ( past due amount) could be paid that i could call and change it later. I kinda felt like that would not be right since i am planning on not paying it. at this point my account will go to 60 days late. Should i tell them ok then call right before and tell them i can't make the payment?

I took out a payday loan with Everest Cash Advance and could not pay them back at that time....I got my checking account in a mess and got it cleared up and had to closed the account which was in my dads as the primary holder and he signed me on...Now everest is calling my job everyday after i ask them not to. I had sent up a payment for my Debit Card and it did not go through....Now they said that all that have to do is call my himan resoureces office and get them to garnish my wages because it was a internt fauld.

I have 3 loans out: nationwide 400.00 owe 520.00 Lakota 400.00 owe 520.00 Brighton 200.00 owe 285.00 Payday loans are not what they used to be. You pay it off or extend it. They are automatically extending on each payday, each time charging another finance fee but nothing is going toward the principal. So, over 4 pay periods you pay 480.00 but still owe 520.00, the 400.00 plus the 120.00 interest. After 4 pay periods they take 120.00 plus 50.00 towards the principal per paycheck.They just keep debiting. Is this legal?

I applied for a loan with these crooks and was turned down. The next thing I knew, 48.88 was debited from my account from some 3rd party! I signed electronically for a loan and they used my signature to issue a check to my bank with the signature on it. They said I automatically signed up when I applied for the loan that I was turned down for. I called the 3rd party and told them they were crooks. They said no problem we will give you a full refund (after much cursing and threats from me) then I got a confirmation of refund status. They will take your money if you dont notice this debit.
