I have 2 loans.. one from mobiloans borrowed 900 paid back all but 87.74..... 1000 from great plains... paid back about 600 and willing to pay the rest but not willing to let them keep taking it out of my account. Please lelp These people scare the daylights out of me. Any information I can get would be a big help!!! Thanks

I need advice on how to handle both my 2 outstanding payday loans and the 3rd party collector who has been calling me recently. I live in NY and have these two loans from 2011: Cash Jar for $550; The VIP Loan Shop for $500. I stopped using the Ally bank account tied to these long ago; tried to close it but they never did.

Hi there, I'm so happy to have found this forum. I am working on getting registered, but haven't received my password yet...and I just couldn't wait to get started. I live in Texas and have multiple online loans out now. I am willing to work with them, but haven't heard back from them. I know that three of the loans that I have are legal (CashnetUSA, Speedy Cash and Cash Central) and am working with them to set up EPP. (I am working on revoking ACH right now.) My question has to do with Plain Green, Mobiloans and Spotloans.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't seem to search the forum easily. We know that morally, if not legally, we should at least pay the principal back to these scammers. But, one could hardly call their own business practices "moral". What, if any, legal reprecussions would arise from finding and borrowing from as many of these illegal places as you can, then close your account and not pay ANYTHING back? If enough people did this, wouldn't it quickly become unprofitable for the illegal companies to exist?

Cash Call has applied for a Consumer Loan Application in the State of Illinois. There is a form on the IDPR web lite for public input regarding this application. I urge all Illinois residents to fill out the form and send it to the IDPR to protest the issue of a License to Cash Call. Go to the Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulation website, on the homepage clik Buyer Beware, Click Consumer Loan Appliction List, Click on Cash Call. A form should show listing Cash Call information and an area for consumer input. Lets try to stop this before it even gets started.

I borrowed $5K from Western Sky, I'm a Fla. resident, their interest rate is over 300%. They either sold or transferred the debt to Delbert's, they've been calling me and my references harassing us, what can I do?

Has anyone had dealings with The VIP Loan Shop? I was told that they do not accept any payments thru the mail. They told me they are a on-line company only.

Ok, so looks like I'm the sucker who fell into the trap again. These appear to be the same "parent" company. Are they legal in California?
