Hello, I have just finished a year of travelling on a working visa in Australia. I have earned money to pay my way around, but now I am stuck with a $ 5,000 debt on my credit card and need to pay it off with a loan immediately, as well as some extra financial help to get me back on my feet in Ontario ( for rent, furniture, food etc. etc) I do not need a huge loan, only about $10,000, but I am coming back into Canada without a job so I will not have proof of income immediately, but will be looking for a job straight away.

I'm in payday hell and recently talk to someone from pdl debt assistance . They were very nice but I dont know if I should sign up with them to help pay off these payday loan. I'm current on my payments but I cant afford to to put out another 1700 in fees this month .

Hi..after months upon months of repaying zip19.com, I am fed up! My story: my friend told me about zip19.com for payday loan. I was desparate and not thinking logically, so I applied and got accepted for my new $500 loan from zip. I have repaid them over $1200. Now, I know they are illegal so I am taking the proper steps over at shazzers thread for illegal lenders. My question: how can I get the "christian" man Sandeep from calling me? He says he never received this cease and desist.

How do you find out who and who isn't legal to lend in your state? I live in Minnesota and want to know how to determine is a lender is illegal here.

does any recognize this number 845-790-3030 amd 866-720-1469 both call several times a day on my cell phone. the 866-720-1469 calls befoe 8:00AM EVERYDAY!!!! people cannot speak english and try to call back but won't go through.. They ask for people I don't know and one is for a bill that is 7 years old, in orgon the SOL is 6 years Need names, anyone????

This past Thursday, I applied (like a moron) for a payday loan. I used snappyday dot com which then redirected me to a lender. I was not requiring much ($200) and thought the interest was steep ($89), but understood that I would need to call a few days in advance of the repayment date to have them debit the full amount, which was my intent (I have absolutely zero interest in repeated $89 debits to my account every other week).

First off let me say this site is wonderful,i fell into a deep hole and im finally seeing the way out. My situation: Ca Resident defaulted on a 1300.00$ loan from zip19(northway financial,e care) due to be repayed on 7-02-10. Probably the 20th loan ive taken from them(scary!!),the fees and %s ive payed will 100% be greater than the $1300 principal borrowed and due at the moment.
