I have been receiving phone calls from some guy in India telling me that if I don't pay on a payday loan they are going to file judgement against me and I need to contact my lawyer. Told me I have to fax them a letter saying I was not intentionally not paying my loan and give them my credit card number and how much to debit from my account. They won't tell me who the company is I took the loan from....all they say is after you make payment we can tell you. I contacted the collection company they're supposedly a third party with and they couldn't give me any information about it.

Now, I have been served before (DUI, divorce) and each time the paperwork is given to me after I identify myself. However this particular "officer of the court" asked me a few additional questions. First he had me signed a clipboard that I had been served. Never had to do that. Then he asked: Are you married? "yes, but wont be for long. I am in process of divorce" And what is your wife's name? i have been with them for about 6 months; and although no debt has been settled yet; i just feel very safe and comfortable with them paragon debt group they from what they told me are just a marketing agency for a law firm; well a group of law firm. and all i can say in this market with all the debt settlement scams; this is the only one company they actually does exactly what they have promised me. i actually signed a retainer; for an attorney and along with everything god forbid i do get sued they will provide me legal assistance for not a penny out of my pocket.

National Payday said no money order because I would have to send it to Costa Rica and then they send to the US and then someone from the US processes it and send its back. What should I do?
