Unemployed, no means to repay debts, married but without financial compensation, possible seperation iminent, my name is not on deed of residence, desceased spouses name is. Own nothing except a car, Name is on bank account. Question: Can garnishment of spouses salary be in the Credit Card Company's cards? Can they place a judgement on husband or lein on home or seize bank accounts assets? What other cards will CCC try to play? Is bankruptcy in the cards I hold? Advise on my options.

What if your account has been paid off and you would like that final Zero Balance letter and have not received it?? How do you go about obtaining one??

Hi I recently posted under PDL nightmare and found out that 2 of my PDL lenders are illegal, but one is legal. How can I close my account without defaulting on the legal lender? Also, If I close the account, can I reopen with the same bank or not? has any one had success with out closing the account or staying with the same bank? I have another account with this bank also, should I close that account too?

I am in the state of Virginia. I currently have 3 PDLs and I a drowning!. Magnum Cash Advance. (online) I have paid thme appx. 600 and have 600 left. I had to renew for more money just to keep paying them. Collect500 (online) have paid 140 (which is only the fee) and owe 540. First Bank of Delaware (online) I don't think this is really a bank. I borrowed 800 from them and I am currently paying double that back! I have paid 539 so far and still have 18 payments of 89.99 left! Which means I still owe over a 1000 for a 800 loan. The finance charge is ridiculous.

I live in Pennsylvania and have several payday loans. I know I was stupid, but after several layoffs, I was at my wits' end. I hace loans with the following: USFast Cash borrowed 200 paid 60 MyCashNow: borrowed 850 paid 1,817.56 balance 419.83 PayDayMax borrowed 510 and payment was returned, however, I was allowed to borrow $610 (I was unaware that payment had been returned), so now I owe for BOTH loans and am being contacted by Credit Protection Depot (CDP) in Las Vegas for payment of the first loan.
