I hope I worded that right.... I am a recovered drug addict who would create new and fun ideas to get cash right away. From 2002-2006 (off and on) I created debts by cashing home made checks at checkcashing places or bring homemade checks into supermarkets and using them. Also, using my checking account up to 6 months after it had closed.. Horrile, thoughtless and impulsive, my I-dont-give-a-poo attitude towards banks and credit scores landed me behind bars for a bit. But I know that these debts still exist.

Can anyone tell me if mark Cella and Federal Debt Relief System is now Wag The Dog Marketing? FDRS ripped me off for over $6000 and I have been unable to contact FDRS, some people are saying that Wag The Dog Marketing is owned by Mark Cella and the WhoIs data seems to look very similar. Once again it is Wag The Dog Marketing.

I have PDLs on 2 diff bank accts and, although I want to pay them all back, I cannot do it in their current form. All of my PDLS were via online. My pay is currently split direct deposit to both accounts. One suggestion I've seen/read was to stop direct deposit and close the bank accounts. Can these PDL Lenders then call my employer and request wage garnishment? If I have another bank acct at another institution, could I just switch my direct deposit to it, since I've never had any PDLs on this acct? Would the PDL Lenders be able to ACH this account at all?

Is abcpaydayloan.com, aka paydayloanyes.com licensed for business in any state, specifically PA? I am under the impression they are a foreign lender, but just checking on their legality. Would also like to know about Ameriloan and oneclickcash.com

I sent a DV letter to Richard J Boudreau & Assoc and got back copies of my dismissed chapter 13 bankruptcy which shows the original creditor (who had charged it off 2 years prior) and the subsequest debt buyer. The document is the Trustee's Final Report and Account which shows a claim amt of 15,281. They did not send me any of the documentation I requested (in the standard DV letter. Is this an acceptable validation?? Nowhere on these copies does it list either Boudreau or the debt buyer he claims to be representing, which is National Loan Recoveries. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I did a search on the forums but most posts are over a year old. I know that they're a Law Firm, just received the first call from them, it's actually my wife's account. I've been trying to find an address to send the Cease Communication, and a debt validation because I haven't receive anything in writing yet. All they said is that it is about my wife's credit card with Kohl's, they didn't give me an amount but a statement from Kohl's received today it's for about $1,200. Anybody has had any experience with them? I'm working with a debt settlement company, are they good to settle with?

I have recently lost my job and become self employed bringing in around $500-$600 a month. I am a single mother of two living in a dreadful economy with no where to prosper. I am almost 3 months behind on my car payment and struggle to make ends meet. I am searching for a personal loan for about $3000 to get back ahead and out of this hole.
