Well I have a judgement with Target for about $2500.00. Anyone here try working with them on a judgement? I just plain couldn't pay it and after making minimum payments for one year the balance had gone nowhere. I am in a position now to make payments or see if they will settle and wondered if anyone else has tried?

How can I get these people fto stop calling and leaving me rude messages? When I call them they saying I don't know them and I want the calls stopped, they become nasty.

Due to a slip and fall at my job, my checking account at Patelco Credit Unit went negative on 4/19/2010. I am now back at work and trying to catch up on all my bills. Does anyone know how many days patelco will allow the account to be open until they close it for NSF? I know bank of america is 120 days, but i can't find this info about Patelco anywhere.

I reside in Texas have two paydayloans-one with cashnet 500 i borrowed 300 plus 90fee-iam am down to 325 balance-they allow refinace but it only affects the principal if you pay finace charge plus fifty or more dollars-the second one is cash central i borrowed 1400plus 314.19 fees-they allow 4 refinaces or pay it in full only-the balance is not effected when you refinance-i ask if i colud add more to my refinance and was told no-i belive there website stated i could do just that-both are internet companies,

Chase Recievables keeps calling my phone number asking for a different person. Even when it goes to voice mail they keep calling me. My name is Jason, they are calling for Patrick. How do I keep them from calling me when they have the wrong number?

today i got approved for auto refinancing loan 11,000 i was going to take fund and put it aside for settling debts with amex creditor. i missed my first payment last monday and my credit score is 754. i know my score will be down thehill quickly. my amex bal. 23000 and i no longer can afford to pay the min. payment and i requested the acct be closed. i got aletter from amx that my acct is closed, but my credit reportsays it is still open. i have been trying to negiate with amex for one year and i was placed in first 6 month with zero interest and 6 month 9.99 interest plan.

Thank you for all the valuable info I received on this forum. I am registered, but forgot my password and have asked for an email with instructions to reset my password. I just settled with Chase (OC) for 25% will be sending me a confirmation letter within 10 days stating the terms and listing the amount and times for each of the three payments. Then I will receive another letter after all payments are made. They will accept payment by mail or over the phone. I just want to be sure that I have everything covered and handled correctly. Am I missing anything. thank you.
