I have a Cloud 9 Loan of $1000. I was wondering if they are illegal in PA. I have made 2 payments already totaling over $650.

I cannot find the website, address or phone # for this company. Has anyone had any contact with them?

I just received a call from National Check Recovery her name is Jessica Stewart and she said that they were going to turn over my case in California and have me arrested for fraud for a payday loan. Can they legally do this?

I revieced a call from 303-731-8734, and they left a recorded message: "this message is for _____ ____ and you have been named a person of intrest in case file # 6____, you need to call us back at 855-820-4241 to resolve this issuse". I am wanting any information on who they could be. I believe its for an illegal PDL that was taken care of about 3 yrs ago. I googled them but it seems there is a few websites and addresses. Maybe some experts here can help me out.

Has anyone ever had any luck getting check n go to do payment arrangements? Do you have to go into default before they will work for you?

I have been receiving calls repeatedly from this company at my job and on my cell. After telling them to stop calling they refuse to stop. Some way they have my aunt's cell number and has called her as well!!!! They are threatening to show up at my job, which I know they cannot do, but asking for my boss is unacceptable! I have no problem with them calling my cell, but work is off limits. Those scare tactics do not work on me, but it's totally annoying to constantly receive calls at work. They also are saying they will file criminal charges, which again I know they cannot do.

I recieved a call from someone claiming to be from a servicing company saying Western sky was filing criminal charges for wire fraud and some other stuff. Is this legal. I did get the loan and when I called to ask that they move the date on the draft from my bank 2 days later than when it was supposed to happen because of the way my payday fell. they told me no and drafted my account multiple times until I was so far in the hole with the bank I had to close the account. I am unsure what to do or how to even go about trying to fix this.

The call was on 9/10/13 at 2:15. Document everything. All calls and #'s and names. Some from a blocked # called my cellphone they left a message saying that it was in my best intent to resolve this matter asap if not they were going to stop by my work place and serve me. Then they called my work of employment. This time they forgot to block their # 714-221-6250. They asked to speak to HR department. They were busy so they left a message with the recept. saying to call back with a case # and that it was best for me to call and handle it directly with the company.

I just want to thank everyone on this board for helping me get out of payday loan hell. As of yesterday, I have no more loans. It feels like a huge weight lifted. I would never have had the guts to stand up to the scum had it not been for everyone here. Thank you!
