Hello, I'm being sued by CACH LLC and have already filed my answer letter with affirmative defenses along with a notice of appearance and sworn denial letter and about a month later I received 9 pages by regular mail from the law office representing CACH LLC stating this is their first set of Discovery requests, but the odd thing is their is no filed stamp on it from the court house as well as a red stamp on the bottom of one of the pages stating this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

About 7 months ago this number, and others from the same scam, started calling my cell phone. The first few times they called and tried to pump me for information. I told them to mail me the paperwork and I would have my lawyer take a look at it. They insisted I must pay right now over the phone. I hung up, and looked up the law firm they claimed to work for, only to find they only specialize in corporate bankruptcy. I called their offices to confirm this and was told by the secretary she has had several complaints of the same nature.

Hello, Two and a half years ago I was involved in an accident in Montreal, Quebec with a man from Vermont. After cutting into my lane in traffic, the individual broke and my car skidded into his van. He then drove off, without exchanging information or waiting for the police officers. I was driving my mothers car, but I was insured as the second driver. The police caught up with him, and wrote up a police report. On it, it clearly states that the man did what I said above and that the accident was no fault of my own. Not wanting to bother with my insurance, I fixed the car at a garage I know.
