A debt collector refused to give me the company name and address. He became very agitated and threatened to end the phone conversation. I had asked this individual to resist and desist from calling before. This was the second time he called me after my reuquest for the cease and desist. I managed to get the individual's first and last names; he refused to give the company name and address. How di I obtain this company info?

i have 5 previous tickets that have since been sent to gc services, a collection agency. 3 of the tickets show a failure to pay and now im not eligible to make any payments on them and have since accrued interest and court fees, which is fine however i can pay for these tickets in one lump sum i have to break them down into payments, however gc services is not willing to release the hold off of my license. is there any way to resolve this matter because without a drivers license i am going to loose my job then i cant pay off anything, is there any answer to resolve this?

Hi. Like many other hardworking Americans, I've screwed myself into this payday loan trap. I have 7 (ughhh can't believe I let it get this bad) loans out. I have been in this cycle for close to a year now and am done with the fees and overwhelming weekly stress.
