Hello Community!!!!!! Question: How can I get my company, Student loan administration at my prior school to stop student loan wage garnishment even though the laon has been paid through the courts? I need help ASAP. Detail Situation follows: My emploer is going to garnish my wages June 30th 2010. My student Loan was taken out in Chicago and I now live in Pittsburgh. My student loan was paid through my Chapter 13. I have successfuly completed my Chapter 13 plan. No one is getting back to me thus far. I put in a notice to Chapter 13 cleark of Courts.

I have a judgment issued against me. I want to do an emergency filing. In Texas, are there any restrictions to filing an emergency bankruptcy.

I currently have 4 PDL's from internet lenders and I live in Florida. 1. Magnum Cash Advance: $532.67 to pay off 2. Nationwide Cash: $400.00 / owe $520.00 3. Star Cash Processing $400.00 / owe $520.00 4. SSM Group $400.00 / owe $130.00 All of these renew every payperiod unless I can pay off the whole amount. I am trying to get out of this debt and not return to it ever. I find myself not being able to pay my bills because they are taking out a combined amount of $437.00 every 2 weeks. What can I do so that I can get out of paying all those fees every 2 weeks.

I am considering attempting to settle some of my accounts. I am current or less than 30 late on all of them, but am having a difficult time making the payments. I am most concerned about the unsecured Beneficial personal line of credit of $10,000 and Wells Fargo Financial Bank credit card of $7,000. Does anyone know anything about these companies making settlements? I would hate to completely ruin my credit just to have them tell me that they won't settle. Please let me know anything you know about these companies.

How long does it take to get a payment plan?

I have multiple payday loans and installment loans and the amount I have to pay each paycheck is killing me. I often have to take out another payday loan to make it through. What are my options on consolidation or paying less on these loans to get out of this trap?

I am seeking advice on what to do about my cc debt. I am married, but all of the cc debt is in my name. My husband is self-employed and has a low credit score. My credit score is currently below 600. I owe $30,000 in cc debt and $40,000 in student loans. I am upside down on my mortgage by about $25,000 and additionally have a equity line of $50,000 that is maxed out. To this point I have been able to pay most of my monthly payments, but it is getting more difficult each month. I have only had about 5 payments go beyond 30 days past due in the past 8-10 years and none have gone 60 days.

How long can credit card companies and attornies like (HIM) go after me? It has ben almost 2 years since I have not paid on my Cap One.
