My husband is in huge debt. I personally pretty much don't have much of a credit, since he's been getting everything under his name. Now that he is in a situation that he cannot go on with his life like this, he decided that we need to be separated since I have ruined his life. Pathetic, I know. But I have made a clear decision to take all his debt off his name and put it under mine. I know, it's a lot and I will need help with it. lost my house in a foreclosure, collection company is taking me to court and owe 50000 in credit card debt. i want to pay my debt but cant afford all at one time. what do i do to get the amount due down and paid off

I am a resident of NC with 6 current PDLs that are making me broke. I cannot afford to pay more than the fees and the loans automatically rollover every two weeks. The first is with Paydaywiz for 300 (I have paid $450 in fees) the second is with instantcash usa for $300 (I have paid a total of $460) the next is with QXLonline for $200 (I have paid $228 in fees). I have one with oneclickcash for $200 (Ive paid $170 in fees) and one with paragon (?) for $300 (i have only paid $90 so far).

They take the full amount out of the next paycheck plus their finance charge. You then have to wait for that to clear your bank before you can request a new loan. We did these to get by over the last few months while we've been trying to close on our house.
