Debt relief companies perform this task as well but I fail to see the difference of handling the process personally if I can get a handle on the terms and final statements of closure. Hi everyone...this is debtor in CA....(still can't figure out why I can't post under my user, but don't have time to figure it out )..... We settled with Chase for $2,500 for a $10,000 debt...they sent us a contract...not quite as well-written as BOA.....we paid and now I start worrying......they snail-mailed us the contract so that by the time it got here...the first payment was due today (Sunday) ....we just paid the whole balance of $2,500 and now I wake up at 4AM worried ....... anyone have any dealings with Chase and any experience with settling with them...how did they handle your cred

Anyone have info about complaints or lawsuits against this Payday debt help company who uses another company called Global Client Solutions LLC to debit your bank account as their agent for collecting fees etc.? Seems all these two entities do is collect money from a client and never do a thing to settle your payday loans.
