I received a call today from an unknown number, however, they left a message. The man's name was Vince Chambers and he said he was calling from NCS Offices. He said he received two formal complaints on me. One was for breach of contract and one was for attempt to defraud a financial institution. He told me that I was to call this number (877-239-1893) within 2 hours with my case # or I would be served papers. I am not sure if this is a scam or what, but I am worried. Please advise me on how to proceed.

I have a PDL with Boulevard Cash. I revoked ACH and they haven't touched my bank account in weeks...now they're emailing me about a security update...I suspect they have issues processing ACH... anybody knows what's going on? "We have been trying to reach you with regard to a required security update. Please contact us immediately to complete the necessary verification's. Unfortunately, if you are unable to comply with our increased security measures, we will be forced to set your account to pay in full on your next scheduled payment date.

I have a loan now with plain green that took out in may of 2013 in the amount of $1400.00. so far i have paid them $735.45, however, this has been my third loan with them. first loan was for $800.00, I paid $2055.72, second loan was for $1000.00, I paid $2840.34. Would I agree to pay the principal on the last loan or should I ask for a refund since I have already overpaid them. I need help before I send my e mails. Thanks

Has anyone defaulted with rise credit/payday one? I took out a $2600 payday loan in July and recently my job cut back my hours so I have only made one payment to them for $430. I can not afford to pay them back right now and they are scheduled to take out another $430 at the end of September. I just closed out my bank account so no more withdraws can be made. I am contemplating on filing bankruptcy since I am in serious debt.

I have a private student loan at an interest rate of 6:5%. The loan amount is $80,000. The monthly payment amount is $1750. I have to make 60 payments to get rid of this debt. I have a wealthy uncle. He is currently living in MONTEVALLO, Alabama. He is ready to give a loan at 4 percent interest rate. I will have to make payments for nearly 54 months. I will save nearly $8000 on interest alone. Should I take out a loan from my uncle? Should I retain the student loan debt and take advantage of the tax deduction?

Well it's official for anyone in NJ that has a loan originated from Western Sky. I filed a complaint two weeks ago with the NJ Dept of Banking and Insurance. An investigator just sent a response that they are working with the NJ AG's office and are filing a complaint in Superior Court. I will be added to the complaint. They want the copy of the agreement from Western Sky asap. I would ask anyone else in NJ please file a complaint.

I got a loan with Mobiloans. I revoked ACH and Wage Assignment. Have not called have only emailed them. They did acknowledge the ACH and when I log in my account says "Call in to make payment arrangements". I have sent numerous emails telling them I know they are illegal and I will only pay principal. Only response I get is the standard email they send out that says " The issue you described can be better addressed if you call in". I told them in my email that I would repay the principal, outlined how I would pay. No response.
