I got a very threating call from a foreign speaking lady who i could barely understand saying i needed to call immediately because of a legal mess i got myself in. When I call the number back it goes to an answering service listing a different number and you can't leave a message. i have no idea what this is about, any advice???

I have an internet PDL with Check n Go. It is for $1000. I live in Texas. I have paid the finance charge once. My next payment is scheduled for next week, but I won't have the money. Can I just revoke the ACH payment, send them a letter and set up payment arrangements? No, I have not defaulted yet. I plan to pay this off at the end of August, but I am having some serious financial setbacks right now. What do I do?

Hello again all, I received a dunning letter mid-April from a CA. I then sent a Validation of Debt letter (CM:RRR of course) to my CA in early May, but I have yet to hear anything back from them.

My Chase recently charged off and I received a letter from Creditors Interchange and they said "we have received authorization from Chase to initiate collection efforts to recover debt. I am assuming they were assigned rather than bought debt. Sent debt validation today. Do I need to talk to them before they get validation letter? They have called several times. Thanks

Right now i have 10,00 in debt throiugh 8 CC s. 2 have gone to collection agencies. The debt settlement seems like the better way for me. It's about the same amount a month, but much less time. Only 18 months insted of 54. But i don't know if the damage to my credit score is worth it? Currently i am at 564. I'm still young, no mortgage and want to get out of debt fast. Is it worth it? Just asked about PDL's I live in Arkansas and have 8 online pdl's. Due to my daughter being in the hospital...she's a heart and kidney patient...and some recent fraud in my account, I decided to close the account and pay them out. Only problem is that now I'm getting calls threatening me with defrauding a Financial institution and court...fees...I'm trying to figure out what my rights are and where I go from here.

Hi, I'm stuck with 3 payday loans, 2 internet and 1 storefront in Tennessee. The lenders and fees and total are listed: Integrity Advance amount of loan: $500, fee: $150 every two weeks, VIP Loan Shop amount of loan $400, fee $120 every two weeks and The Cash Company amount of loan $400, fee $30 every two weeks. I am having extreme problems paying the internet ones because the fees are so high. I have called both companies and both told me that can't help me because I'm current (if that makes any kind of sense).
