HI there, i just got a letter from dsc law firm-regent management and I don't know if i should pay them. i called the number they gave me but it doesn't seem to be a working number. I called us bank and they said it might have been sold to a third party collection agency but don't know if they sold it again maybe to regent? I saw the same posts as the same letter i got in the mail. don't know if i should pay them.

I have been paying them only interest of 120.00, 108.00, and 175.00 since December and have yet to pay down my balance. I live in New Jersey and heard that its illegal for internet PDL's. I want to contact them and see about getting the accounts noted as paid in full. Does anyone have any history with these lenders? Also I need addresses to send ACH revokation letters to them. Collection agency ERG & Associates called me at work again today, and I couldn't speak with them, so I asked my coworker to take a message. I'm doubting the validity of this collection agency and cancelled my debit card information on them. They told my coworker who was calling, and proceeded to also tell her the reason for their call was because my payment arrangement that I had made with them had fallen through. Are they allowed to say that to my coworker?

Citibank is reporting me late each month for a 2nd that foreclosured July 2009. How do I have them stop reporting me late? Property is in AZ, and loan was a 2nd Purchase Money HELOC. Loan qualifies as no recourse per AZ law and should be satisfied with return/sale of property. Property was sold at auction in 7/09. They have reported me late each month and continue to report me late. I disputed my credit report with "no such debt for that amount at this time" and they came back and said it was valid.
