I would appreciate it if someone could give me clarity on payday loans vs loan. I current have two loans out. One with Great Plains Lending and another I opened with Western Sky, which then was sold to CashCall, and I just found out today it was sold off to Delbert.

I just wanted to know where most people go when they want to finance the purchase of their vehicle?

I took a payday loan out in April through this company. I have been paying $90 every two weeks since then. On August 12th I called them and told them I wanted to pay the loan in full on 08/15/13. They did not debit my account on that day and then I received an email from them that said: "At this time the Lender is experiencing system issues, would you like to pay your loan with a credit card or debit card?

We have a small company in ROOSEVELT CITY, Alabama. We are planning to apply for business credit cards for our workers. The company would be responsible for the payments. Is there any way to obtain the cards in the name of the company. Can we add the name of the workers later? How can we ensure that they're not responsible for the payments?

I have transferred the outstanding balance from my high interest credit card to a 0 percent interest balance transfer card. I have been making payments on the card for several months now. My intention is to pay off the balance within the introductory period. However, I have made a major mistake. I have purchased an appliance with the card. I want to pay off the balance before the credit card company charges any interest rate. Will the company charge an interest rate on the balance transfer or just on the appliance?

I have 3 existing PDLs; Green Pickett: Loan for 400.00. Made 1 payment of 249.96 United Cash Loan: Loan for 150. Made 4 payments of $45.00. Requested a refund of $30 Castle Payday: Loan for 300. Made 1 payment 75.00 I called the NC Attorney General Office and spoke with a employee who stated I only owe the principal balance. I have already revoked ACH authorization. I have also emailed all 3 companies stating that I ONLY owe them the principal balance. I also stated that I will only pay the principal balace in monthly installments. Please help me.

Oh please help me. My employer received wage assignment papers. I spoke to the payday loan company which is National Payday Loan. They told me that if I comply with the wage assignment they will just have 50.00 taken out of each of my checks. I owe 444.00 so I would have it paid off in 41/2 months. If I revoke the wage assignment they stated they will pursue a wage garnishment which would cost me alot more. I live in North Dakota and called the state regulator.

Hello, I took out a $1600 loan from Plain Green Loans early this year I paid back about $250 of this amount on my own before I couldn't pay anymore because I lost my job. I got a job recently and was going to resume payment but then found out through this forum and elsewhere that PGL is illegal in my state of Pennsylvania and I have no legal obligation to repay them. So I haven't paid anything else since. I got a phone call today from National Credit Adjusters saying that they purchased my account from PGL and that I owe them 2400 dollars.
