I need to dispute items on my wifes credit reports. When I go to the websites of the reporting agencies they all want you to pay first before you can do anything! I have read nightmare stories about Equifax taking money and refusing to do anything! I need to get this done but I can't afford to pay! I am sure there are many people here who have been down the same road! Your advice is appreciated!

these scumb bags just entered a default judgment on me after i paid them exactly as agreed for failure/refusal to pay.... luckily the lawyer who showed up in court on their behalf told me flat out they were scumb and to hang on to everything, luckily i listed, i have post office receipts and certified mail proof as well as canceled check. my question is what should i do about this judgment these low lives entered against me? is this legal? what can i do to punish them and teach them a lesson?

She just repeatedly said you got an email. She also said I would be receive a court summons from Floyd county. I live in Indiana.I requested she mail me the necessary paperwork to resolve the matter and she yelled at me to pay what I owe. Help?!

i got a call from a very very rude so called "man". who did not say what it was for but i was to call this number 1-800-620-6371, or go to what i believed was "pakhargroup.com" but now that i have relistened over and over again to the message it is the Takhar group...he said i was to either call that number or go to ASAP or he will take drastic measures..

Hi Everybody,, First off I want to say I am very glad I found this forum. I have been very depressed and discouraged when it comes to my student loans, which are over $120,000. No degree and no job to show what I used the loan money for. I was foolish and took out 8 private loans and used the money basically to live on and just twitter away. I blame NO one but myself. Its time to pay them back and now I have payments of over $1200 a month.
